Cricket bats that can be personalized, custom-made, name-stamped, knocked, oiled, toe-protected, or ready-to-play are available and will be produced as per your requirement.

The items cannot be returned or exchanged except in the cases where an incorrect item is delivered or if there is any damage on receipt due to proper unboxing verification.

Custom orders may take extra processing time.

NSS Cricket Store offers services for knocking, oiling, binding, toe guard, repairing, re-facing, handle repairing, crack repairing, and ready-to-play services.

The outcome of the service provided may differ based on the current state of your cricket bat, the quality of willow, the damage incurred, and the usage of the bat.

Repair and preparation services are done professionally; however, it doesn’t mean that we will transform your old cricket bat into a brand-new one.

The warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects that qualify under the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.

The warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear, damage caused while playing, toe damage, edge damage, surface cracking, water damage, misuse, improper storage conditions, or any form of damage from the customer’s side.

All warranty returns will be reviewed by the NSS Cricket Store team.

In case there is an issue with any damaged, incorrect, or missing items, customers must submit a full video of unpacking the product within 24 hours of receiving their purchase.

The Cash on Delivery payment option is valid for only some specific products and some specific locations in India.

Some specific bats, like customized bats, knocked bats, oiled bats, ready-to-play bats, heavy orders, and certain locations, cannot enjoy COD.

NSS Cricket Store has the authority to restrict or reject COD orders.

International orders could be liable for import duty, taxes, VAT, and other charges in the destination country.

Such charges will be borne by the customer, and NSS Cricket Store has no control over them.

There can be variations in international shipping schedules due to various factors.

If customers provide us with reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, bat pictures, repair pictures, or any other content, we can use such material for purposes like support, verification, improvement of our services, and promotional activities. Customers should not send us anything that is fake, misleading, or offensive, or violates the law or someone else’s rights.

All content of this website, whether in text, graphic, image, picture, logo, design, or other forms, is owned either by NSS Cricket Store or its respective owner.
