Custom Cricket Bat Policy

Special-made or customized cricket bats are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This exchange will only be made in cases where:

  • The wrong item is shipped or
  • Item arrives damaged.

Bat Knocking / Ready-to-Play Service

Any cricket bat which has been:

  • Knocked
  • Oiled
  • Processed
  • Toe Guarded
  • Made ready to play

will definitely be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange Policy

Exchange services are provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size of gloves or pads
  • Delivery of the wrong product
  • Damage to the product upon delivery

Exchange of products is subject to stock availability.

Customers may have to cover the cost of exchanging products because of the incorrect size selection problem.

Damage & Unboxing Proof

Any claims for damage to the product, missing items, or incorrect products can only be made if customers provide a video of their unboxing process within 24 hours after the delivery.

Refund Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD):
