Order Processing and Dispatch Time
- All orders are processed once they have been confirmed successfully.
- All orders received before 12:00 AM are usually dispatched on the same day.
- All orders received after 12:00 AM are usually dispatched on the following business day.
It usually takes between 5 and 7 business days to process an order.
Processing time may differ during special events and sales or because of large order volumes.
Delivery Timeline
Estimates of delivery times are as follows:
India Shipping
Normal Delivery within India: 7 days approx.
International Shipping
Delivery Worldwide: 7 - 15 days approx.

- Shipping charges for shipping in India are generally included in the product price, unless mentioned otherwise at checkout.
International Shipping

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- The COD facility is offered on select items throughout India.
- COD service is not available for Knocking Bats and some custom orders.
- We have the discretion to withhold the COD facility according to location and/or order value.
Custom Bat Orders
Cricket bat customized orders may need extra time for processing based on how much customization customers request.
Delivery estimates for such orders will be provided if needed.
Courier Partners
We deliver our orders using reliable courier partners to ensure a hassle-free process and prompt delivery.
Courier services may vary depending on your delivery location and available options.
Order Tracking
If your order is dispatched, then tracking details will be provided through:
- SMS
- WhatsApp
Customers will be able to track their shipment using these details.
Damaged Package Policy
We put maximum care into packing our orders. Nevertheless, if your order is delivered in damaged condition:
- You must make sure that you have an unboxing video recorded.
- The problem should be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may not be able to help you if you do not have an unboxing video.
International Shipping Duties & Taxes
It is the responsibility of international buyers to pay for:
- Duties
- Import taxes
- VAT costs
Other costs that may be incurred in the destination country
All such costs are levied by the destination country's customs department, and we at NSS Cricket Store do not have control over them.
Some items may require restricted shipping based on:

Such restrictions will be detailed on the product pages. We may cancel any orders that violate shipping laws.
Shipment details must be supplied accurately by the customer.

- Customer unavailability
- Or refusal of delivery
Re-shipping and handling costs might incur. We do not take responsibility for delays or undeliverable items due to shipping details being incorrect.

Shipping restrictions would be outlined explicitly on the product description page. Any order that breaches the shipping guidelines would be cancelled immediately.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Refusal

- or refusal of the package by you,
A re-shipping fee might be applicable.
